What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide FREE ESTIMATES with the option of having a Pro go to the location and assesing the issue or work that is needed. Once it's decided to move forward with the estimated work then we waive the trip charge. Our main goal is to provide the customer with an informed decision before stepping in to do the job. No surprise bill at the end...
