How did you get started in this business?
When I was younger I asked my boss if I could have one of his clients. From there I grew with his blessing.

St Johns Country Day Schools, After months of installalling new IT equipment we developed our own VOIP School Bell System.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for experience and someone who works with local businesses.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Cost. Sometimes rates do not equal end cost. If someone came to your site for one hour and another four hours which one was more expensive? Well that depends. If provider A is $125hr and takes one hour and provider B charges $85hr but takes four hours whom is more expensive?
