Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we make contact, and discuss pricing/what you want. When that is agreed upon, I plan my first trip to your house. This is so we can meet in person, go over everything again, inspect your yard, and sign/notarize paperwork. At that time, half is collected. I then order your pool. It takes 7-8 business days for the pool to arrive. When I have the pool I call again to schedule installation. Turn around time is typically 3 weeks from the first phone call till the time you have your pool.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got more experience in the construction field than I could possibly list. The only thing I haven't done is electrical.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
12 foot round pools start at 4,500 installed. Comes with a lot of extras. +500 for every 3 foot of size increase. So 15' for 5,000, and 18' for 5,500. All the way to 33'. I do ocasionally have special deals. Depends on manufacturer stock.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a contractor for another company that sells these pools.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for pictures of their work with a level. Ask for pictures of their floor before that water goes in. Ask them for references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any specifics they might want. Salt, chlorine, or ionized for example.
