He was also very familiar with the permitting process. The process went smoothly with little delay and we he was able to complete the project within a week of what he had originally estimated. The materials he used were of good quality and I am very happy with his work. He also helped me coordinate a plumber at a reasonable price for a one off toilet install that wasn’t part of the original scope. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive which was exactly the price point I was looking for. Finally, his customer service is excellent - the power supply in the lighting system failed 11 months after the project and he came and replaced it within 4 days of me contacting him, free of charge.
