What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting the customer first getting a brief summary about whats the problem and start the assessment process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I started off working with my grandfather at a very young age cause he had his own plumbing business.Then as I got older I went to school for 5 years and I have my plumbing certification certificate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing varies Depending on whats getting repaired.Also I do give out free estimates but we charge to do assessments and that money will be applied to the cost of the job if the customer decide to go with us on doing the work.If not he or she would be charged 85.00 dollars for assessment fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started doing plumbing at a very young age cause my grandfather had his own business.And he brought me to work with him on the weekends when there was no school.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a re-piping for a building that the health inspector failed them in a public restroom because they did not have hot water coming from the faucet.The faucet only had cold water coming out so I had to remove the actual sink which was a pedestal sink and install a vanity sink with a tankless heater underneath and I had to do a lot of piping which I have picture in my photo gallery of work being done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions as possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Never make judgment about the actual problem let the pro’s take care of that just informed them on what’s going on And let them do a assessment.
