What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take pride in our customers and what fits best for them so we take the time to explain what would be the correct fit for your project. We keep our customers happy we explain everything as it goes we take the to give the customer knowledge on how and why we do the things we do during installation. And main thang we offer that no one else does is a life time warranty we have been in business for 24 yrs and hopefully we will have another great 24 do to you . What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are cfi certified knowledge in all product and will guide to your flooring needs and get the most for less we are a family business work cut out the overhead and where were able to give much better pricing than your big companies and you can always get in touch with someone talk to someone direct if you have any questions at all you are more than welcome to call and we will explain anything that you have concerns with and the best way to handle it to be able to move forward in a quality manner

2 nd generation installer my father and I are in business together with him having 40 yrs experience which makes us very quilified in all products and knowledgeable in material as well
