Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We understand we’re often called during a moment of crisis. We pride ourselves on our professional response and mitigation of your water problems. There is a lot going on and by communicating every step of the way, we’ve found an informed homeowner is a happy homeowner. We’ll start by clearly understanding the problem and calling out where and how we can help. Once we’re all in agreement on a course of action we resolve your moisture problem. In most cases we work directly with your insurance company to obtain payment. That’s it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
In most cases we can determine in a quick phone call if we can process through insurance. If not, we’ll give you all pricing up front so you can make an informed decision.
How did you get started in this business?
Like many businesses, this happened with us being a customer first. We were on the receiving end of a significant moisture problem and were less than thrilled with the service we were given. We knew we could perform better.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with both commercial and residential customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently performed a complete attic dry out from a leaking HVAC system. This job took 3 full days to remove all the excess moisture and prevent further damage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to your professionals about your options specific to your problem at hand. Find someone you’re comfortable with and act. The sooner you begin the water removal process the better off you’ll be. A solid company will explain the process to you and should handle all billing directly with your insurance company, if possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would encourage all of my potential customers to reconsider before engaging with a vendor that is preferred by their insurance company. You need someone on your side. Someone that will do right by you and someone that will remove all moisture correctly, timely and completely...even if it’s not the least expensive option for the insurance company! We work for you and look out for your interests.
