Very conscientious. We originally contracted for 4 yards of fill dirt and one yard of top soil. But while passing emails back and forth to each other, we determined that one yard of top soil would not be enough. He brought in 4 yards and never asked for an increase in price. After the job was complete, he walked us around to insure we were satisfied. We were very happy with the job and the price.
