Mr Howard arrived 1 hour later than he said he would. Hiring for lawn edging and did not have an edger! No blower or broom or trash bags either. Used weed eater that had low power and that he couldn’t even get started for a long time. Grass still overlapping sidewalk edges and no clean lines. He promised to come back and do job correctly next day. No show. Called him x3 afterwards and each time said would be there that day or next day and never came back. His word means nothing. He doesn’t even have the tools needed for lawn care! Poor job and unreliable. Definitely would not hire again.

Arrived 1 hour later than promised. Hired to edge front yard and did not have an edger! Used weed eater with low power that couldn’t even get started for a long time. Had no grass blower. Borrowed mine. Did not have the tools needed to do the job, not even broom and garbage bags. Lawn edges still overgrown on sidewalk and crooked! Called back x 3 and he promised to return the next day, day after, and same day to do the job correctly. Never came back or called! His word means nothing. Do not hire for any lawn care. Unreliable and poor quality results.
