Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we perform a site visit.
1. Test your water
2. Perform Plumbing analysis, to see where a water system could be connected
3. go over our current specials and provide a written estimate for our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20 years in plumbing as well as a Master Water Treatment License holder.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our systems usually run in the $1600-$1900 range
How did you get started in this business?
We started on our own in 2008 after leaving a position with a national branded company. Rhymes with mulligan....
What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work only with home owners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's important to hire a company with the proper license and insurance. In the State of Florida if you hire someone to work on your house and they do not carry Workers Compensation insurance then legally you are responsible for their injury/loss of income should they become injured at your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long do you plan on being in your home. We find that a lot of people over invest on expensive water softener brands-when a standard quality system would have fullly met their needs. You don't always get more when you pay more sometimes you simply pay more.
