Prospective clients are invited to visit the showroom to review materials and craftsmanship. Preliminary pricing is provided when clients share measurements, drawings, or photos. In-home consultations are scheduled after a $75 design retainer, which is credited toward the initial deposit. This approach helps manage costs by limiting travel and sales overhead.
