What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, first thing is to undersand what exactly the customer wants and get the "big picture".
second step is to see the property And/or area the project will be and look and ask questions about certain details that will benefit me with the final result.
Once we come to an agreement, a contract will be finalized .

I have over 20 years of construction experience .

How did you get started in this business?
I started working in construction since I was 17 years old. And working with different fields in the construction industry, i decided to become a independent contractor by the age of 25.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with numerous different customers. I have experience from jobs for companies to residential projects, big or small.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I build a whole wooden deck with a roof from ground up.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
the customer should make sure that the person not only has experience doing the project but has the properly training and/or the knowledge to complete the job correctly and safely. Customer should not be afraid to ask questions and even ask for details.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask questions based on the project for example :
- difference between materials
- time to complete the project
- best tools for the job.
- questions to better get to know the contractor.
