What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will call me, and I will give them a three hour window, On occasion some customers will shoot me a text and ask if I am available at a specific time, and that seems to work the best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am state certified plumbing contractor for 19 years! I went to vo-tech here in Fort Myers many years ago. As far as training goes most of it was on site with numerous plumbing companies,Specializing in pretty much all areas of residential plumbing
