Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Option # 1: We may give you a free rough estimate, if you are able to provide dimensions or exact measurements of the space you are looking to remodel. You may do so by sending them by email or passing by our showroom and we will give you a budget ballpark for you to consider.
Option # 2: Basic Design Package based on existing layout which includes:
· In-Home consultation and measurements
· Electrical & Plumbing Survey
· Needs & Layout Optimization Analysis
· Detailed written proposal & product selection, followed by an up to 1hr appointment for proposal review in our showroom where we are to showcase the selected products and scheme of colors.
This Basic Project Proposal has a fee of $99 for each project, held as credit and applied towards the project at time of contract signing. Otherwise, it is non-refundable. (Flooring, Rock wall, Blinds, Countertop Proposals are $49)
Option # 3: Deluxe Design Package required for projects with major layout changes. Includes everything in Basic Design Package PLUS:
· Initial layout and concept meeting in our showroom (Up to 1hr)
· As Built Drawings
· 3-D View drawings
This Design Upgrade has a fee of $200 for design services and it is non-refundable.
