What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with scheduling a consultation to ascertain the customer's objectives. A customer may call or email me to request an estimate. All consultation requests are screened based on our workload at the time of the request in order to provide a time that would be convenient for all parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a painter for at least 19 years and enjoy what I do. I have been trained by the best throughtout the years and personally continue to educate myself with the current trends in the industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all different types of customers throughout my career as a painter.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research your options in hiring a painter. Consider your personal needs and be wary of lifetime warranty for labor. Most of your painters are experienced and value their time and work in general.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should have the following list to ask all contractors:
1) Are you licensed?
2) Are you insured and/or bonded? (General liability etc.)
3) References from previous customers that you can either talk with or see the work in person.
4) Check the Better Business Bureau in your area.
