About
Our inspectors study and understand the Standards of Practice, as well as the mechanisms of failure. It's easier to find items when you are actively looking for them (instead of casually being exposed to them), and know where to look. This training, oversight, and guidance comes from our Owner /Trainer who is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of inspection experience.
No two properties are the same, nor are our clients. We meet this of great people and provide a valuable service. Their appreciation keeps us driving to continuously raise the bar on the Inspection Industry.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are contacted after a buyer extended an offer that was accepted by the seller. During the inspection contingency, your Red Flag Home Inspector will be contacted to schedule the date/time for your inspection to take place. We will meet you at the site, if you chose to attend, answer any questions you may have and conduct a thorough inspection of the property. From there, we produce a comprehensive report within 24 hours, as we realize these transactions happen very quickly (and we will not let our schedules hold you up). In the event there are deficiencies cited that you choose to have repairs prior to closing, your inspector can return to the site to verify adequate completion of the repairs conducted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company is a Structural Engineer that has over 20 years of cause/origin failure experience in roofs, windows, walls, and all building envelope components. His oversight and training of all levels of staff ensure that your home inspector comes prepared with a heightened skillset and knowledge to complete a comprehensive inspection in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. All of our inspectors are certified and licensed in the state of Florida, and stay current with their continuing education requirements.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
They aren't all created equally. Do your research, ask questions. Make sure they have experience in various walks of life that translate well to inspecting your home.
Also, fight the urge to over-prioritize price. This is one transaction that, if skipped or wrongfully placed, can lead to long-term repercussions. Our pricing structure will be competitive with anyone, but still would like to put out this disclaimer. Feel free to read additional supporting information in our pricing review listed at

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What services you require and any specific area(s) of concern that you may have. We both want this transaction to be smooth and amazing, so open communication ensures we hit the target on the specific areas of concern. Feel free to attend the inspection, ask 100 questions. We are your hired advisors, a role we take extremely seriously.
