I spent 32 years as a career firefighter doing what we could to protect people and property. During that time I also did side work doing remodels, maintenance, and building some custom homes. I bring all those years of experience and public service to my home inspection business. Protecting you, the home buyer, as part of your decision in purchasing the perfect home. I am a Certified Home Inspector® through InterNACHI® and a member in good standing, also certified through ICA and Licensed by the State of Florida.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through Inspection Certification Associates and also International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, InterNACHI®. I take several courses of continuing education to stay up to date with industry standards.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't just look at a pretty website, look at all the experience an inspector brings to the table. Many inspectors have past careers that are the basis of thier qualifications as home inspectors. Remember the cheapest is not always the better choice. A quality home inspection takes time and some that use low price as their marketing are making their money on volume of inspections. The more they do the more money they make. Paying a little more for an inspector that will take the necessary time to really look at each area of the home in detail is often your best bet.
