Residential owners, residential and commercial investor, warehouses investor, Community Association, commercial renters, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Just upgraded an Electrical Panels in a house that was a hazardous for the owners becuase of fire risk. The panel was partially burn and overload.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask if you get some warranties, must of the Electrician dosen´t do that, they think that the customer will not understand what they did, when you replace an outlet for example, I can waranty that I did it in the right way and according to the codes, if something happens in that line becuase other issues as professional you should be able to expalin to your costumer, if you did something wrong you should be responsable for the damege and the reapair for FREE.
