What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first interview the customer over the phone to get a better idea of the job. We schedule to visit the property and after a walk-through inspection, we provide the customer a proposal within 2 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20 years of experience in remodeling and new construction in both Commercial and Residential projects. We are certified installers and applicators by many of the leading vendors such as Schluter, Mappei and Sika with many years of different trainings. We are licensed and insured for flooring, painting, gypsum drywall finishing and waterproofing by the CTQB, Construction Trades Qualifying Board of Miami-Dade County.
