Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently lost a project to a low bid from a competitor. The customer called back a week later after the competitor wouldn't return any calls. After completing the work and providing excellent service, the customer called and exclaimed how we were worth every penny spent and more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If cost is your first worry, then start worrying because success is far away.
