After a few months living in the house, we purchased the maintenance package and scheduled our first of 2 annual maintenance check ups. The service person, JWoody, was fantastic! He was thorough and explained everything he did. A problem was found , the parts were ordered, and a re-visit scheduled immediately. Unfortunately, an additional part was needed that was unforeseen so again the other part ordered and another visit scheduled rightaway. Our experience with JWoody and the scheduler, I believe Natalie, who was on top of getting appointments scheduled as soon as possible, were just great and very pleasant to work with. We found our experience with your company representatives refreshing in knowing they were very concerned with giving us exceptional customer service. Bravo!

    Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can’t say enough about this company. I was having issues with my system turning on. A friend referred me to Southwest Heating and Cooling. I thought I would have to wait a few days for someone to come out to take a look and diagnose the problem considering it’s mid-July with record heat AND, are in the middle of a pandemic. To my great surprise, they dispatched someone to my home the same day! My tech, Joe, was very polite, knowledgeable and I appreciated him entering my home with gloves and a mask. That shows that this company truly cares about the welfare of its customers. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and flush the entire system. He did such a great job that I have now signed up for semi-annual maintenance visits so that I can avoid the situation where my AC stops working in the middle of July with 110° Heat index! I’m so happy to find a company that’s responsive, accommodating and does great work at a reasonable price. That’s hard to find in this area!!

Full system diagnosis and total education of how the HVAC system works in their home. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully Licensed and insured HVAC company. Our techs and installers are always participating in continuing education and emerging industry trends in order to stay on top of an ever changing competitive market.

Our products and services are flat rated. Meaning Parts and installation labor are included in the flat rate.

How did you get started in this business?

The owner has been in the HVAC & New Construction  industry since 1997 and started Southwest Heating and Cooling in 2007.

What types of customers have you worked with?

You name it we have worked with them... New Construction, Part Time Residents, Full Time Residents, Property Managers, Home Watch Services, Realtors, Community Managers, Business owners, commercial & residential builders. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do your research!! There are a ton of 1 man shows that will seem cheaper at first. However, in the long run they don't have the man power to take care of their clients the way Southwest Heating and Cooling's team of techs, installers and office staff can.
