What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and Greet with Client and with the Pets. Go over the schedule, contacts, requirements and any special instructions for the pets and then dates needed and last discuss rates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a long line of family breeding of Dogs and ThroughBred Horses. Family had a Farm in New York. Have moved to Florida 28 years ago have had pets and been around animals all my life. I have many clients that would glady give references.
