I have been an electrician for 16 years, and have been running my own eletrical company here and in Florida for 5 years. I was an apprentice and went to school with a Local IBEW, learning the trade from skilled journeymen. I have a vast knowledge of all things electrical, and no job is too big or too small! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to cutomers in a timely manner. I try to respond immediately to calls or messages. I offer a free estimate of the work, and do not charge a travel fee. Once the customer agrees to have the work completed, we sign a contract and I schedule the job. I charge by the job, not the hour. Materials are always included in the cost of the job. I try my best to schedule jobs quickly, work with the time frame of the customer, and finish the job satisfactorily and on time.
