The professionalism, the cleanliness, the customer service (and concern) was beyond anything I have experienced in Naples. The office manager was amazing when I called for a proposal...she was dealing with power outage which had her entire office down. The technicians were wonderful. The company owner dealt with time sensitive issues the the crane and condo management. Plus, he came by at the completion of the install, brought his guys lunch, and then went over all the instructions with me, patiently answering all my questions. LOVE that Family AC company!
