Make sure they see a confident, friendly, honest person that is with them to do whatever possible to fix their plumbing needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty six years plumbing and four years s selling plumbing supplies. Also 160 hours of college studying business, business management.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It truly depends on the job. Usually fifty or sixty dollars an hour which is very fair and reasonable for the customer
How did you get started in this business?
Selling plumbing supplies first then still working in commercial plumbing but wanted to do this also.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. I am all business though and try not to let them take advantage of me
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just that you can truly get ripped off by allot of these companies. Know that I will always be straight with you and I won't try and say you need more work than needed

Price, finding the best honest one. Is this plumber being honest
