What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once we receive the request, we answer promptly, we usually ask for an address after we make sure the customer is available and willing to meet with one of our technicians. we meet, we learn of the need, we assess, and we provide the customer with the estimate they would be looking for.

How did you get started in this business?
the year 2000, i started in the construction business, framing, demolition, tile work, kitchens , baths, brick work.
then i specialized in the glass business.
