What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on giving clients a thorough but easy going inspection process. We will make sure they know everything they need to know about the home they are purchasing as well as make them aware of difficiencies that need addressed whether it be immediately or further down the line. Here at Quigley Home Inspections we will provide you will all the knowledge and tools you need to feel safe in making this big investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of four inspectors have over 125 years of combined experience in plumbing, hvac, and contracting. I am a certified master inspector and complete yearly continuing education to guarentee our inspections are up to all current standards.

Pricing for home inspectons vary based on square footage of the home. We also offer a range of other inspections such as radon, mold, termite well, septic, pool, water testing, and more! This is your one stop shop for all you inspection needs!
