We are a two-man company that has been in the commercial and residential inspection business for more than thirty years. Most of our home inspectoions are two-man inspections. We are well regarded among professional engineers and can pull together an appropriate team for even the largest of commercial inspections. We have always enjoyed having the highest ratings from Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau. In 2011 we were named "Baltimore's Best" by the City Paper. In 2018 we were named "Baltimore's Best" by the Baltimore Sun.
We have gained this reputation because we work for and earn trust of our inspection clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a personal telephone conversation to determine our clients' needs. Our inspection procedures are designed to accommodate their needs.
We want our clients join us during an inspection as a videotape report is developed which is packed with the information discussed. As well as the video report there is also a custom written list of defects and concerns. Both reports are delivered over the Internet.
