I have over 30 years of construction experience with a background in alternative energy and green building. I have certifications from my trade association and lab for ancillary services. I exceed the required continuing education, alys trying to improve the quality of my inspections.

My base price is $450.00 for townhomes and single family homes up to 2000 s.f. with $100.00 for each additional 1000 s.f.
