What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Trying to figure out all of the customers, needs/wants, trying to figure out the best way to go about everything, and then get to work. It is your (Customer) move and you’re paying, so it is up to you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 10 years of Moving Furniture. I have worked with over 17 companies and now I have my own and trying to gain more exposure.

No I don’t. It’s based off of the customers needs/wants. Every move is different.

How did you get started in this business?

I started working for a Moving Company at the age of 12 getting paid ”Under The Table”  CASH.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Not nice ones all the time. But mostly respectful customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure you clarify what the company is doing and isn’t doing and no hidden fees. Double/Triple check everything,  remember it’s your money being spent.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
