What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the time of contact we listen first to understand your needs and expectations. Followed by free and transparent inspection, where we carefully review our findings with you and the bests options that align with your expectation and budget. Upon consensus, we assist you in selecting the right materials, colors and designs. Followed by a project plan with timetable. Once you are comfortable, we carefully review our quote and statement of work. Once we are all in agreement, we take a deposit, order the materials and start the work according to the scheduled we agreed on. We will keep you updated as we progress. Any issues or required changes in scope of work or with the schedule, we will bring to your attention right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business since 2001, working alongside, an experienced, professional crew of craftsmen, completing 1,400 success projects to date. We are trained and certified installers of GAF Roofing, the industry's leading manufacture of superior roofing materials. GAF Roofing keeps us at the leading edge of the roofing industry, requiring annual updates and ongoing training. We are also certified Anderson Replacement windows and doors installers.

Please do your research. It is common in this industry to hire a contractor only to have roofing or siding problems within a year. Is that company or individual still in business, willing to fix their workmanship errors or even to respond to your call back.

Compare each quote to the next from A to Z. Ask about their insurance, both liability and workmans comp, ask for references, call your local building department and ask about the person you have narrowed the job to.
