I asked for carpentry repair and handyman help. I was contacted by Jose. He asked me to take photos of 2 damaged basement steps. After viewing them, he came to examine and take measurements. We spoke about what was needed to best repair damage. Our highest concern was to address the safety issue. I am also very happy with the quality of materials acquired to replace cracked steps and, most importantly, with the quality of Jose’s work. He also replaced a light fixture on ceiling above foot of stars. I am impressed by the attention to detail and safety throughout this process. It was completed yesterday; the experience was a positive one that progressed smoothly and in a timely way. Jose was personable, courteous, and considerate - while also very professional & focused. He additionally installed 2 smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. I am very pleased with the outcome & very happy to give Jose my highest praise. Sincerely, Karen
