What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates in Brentwood and Central Islip. In order to provide an estimate, we need to make a design. In order to create a design, we ask that new customers bring their own measurements. If they are not able to do so, we can come to their house and measure ourselves, with $100.00 fee anywhere else that is not Central Islip or Brentwood.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our kitchen designers must learn how to work with 2020 Design. They must treat each design like it's their own kitchen and go beyond what is expected. With experience in projects of hundreds of kitchens done each year, they are able to suggest ideas, and help make decisions together with customers if they wish.
