About
Please visit my website at www.jspsewer.com for all the info of my company.
At JSP, we pride ourselves in having the knowledge and experience to do the job right the first time. We've worked for the bigger plumbing and drain companies in the tri-state area, and we know what they charge. We are considerably lower in what we charge to do the same work. And having worked for all the big guys, we have the same, if not better, knowledge and experience to do the job right. We care about our customers. We never charge you to show up at your door just to look at a job. Our customers always come first.
From the owner:
Since I was Honorably discharged after 12 years of active duty military service, with 2 combat tours to Iraq, I've been in this line of work. As with the military, I strive to do the best possible work I can to satisfy my customers. I take great pride in my work, I love what I do, and it shows. There is no better feeling in the world than to have a customer write a great review about their whole experience with me...from the first phone call, to the work being done, to the fair prices that I charge. I have never had one customer call me to come back and fix something that I did. I have all the right equipment to diagnose (camera inspection), repair and install any type of drain system (inside and outside the home), as well as the equipment to clear (snaking) and clean (hydrojetting) any size drain. Please check out my many 5-star reviews on Google, Yelp, Homeadvisor, and HomeGuide! You will see why all my customers refer me to their friends and family. I'm NOT like the big guys. I sleep well at night knowing that I didn't rip anyone off, and that I did my job correctly.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer before I come on-site to discuss whatever issues they have. I will ask as many questions as they can answer to get a detailed picture of what the work may involve. I can usually give a decent estimate at this point. Then I'll get the customer's information, including name, number and location of the job. I always ask for days and times that work for the customer, and I do everything in my power to work with them to accomodate. When we agree on an appointment, I usually tell them that I will shoot them a text or call them to let them know I'm on my way. Once we meet, you will see why I get rave reviews on other sites like Yelp.com and HomeGuide.com. Twelve years in the military taught me how to deal with a lot of different personalities. YOU are the customer. YOU are allowing me to do the work. YOU are who I care about and it is YOU who I want to make happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since being Honorably discharged from the military over 13 years ago, I've worked for the big plumbing and drainage companies. I learned from the pros. Guys who were a lot older and more experienced. And as with my military training, I took what I learned from these guys, and I ran with it....earning the title of supervisor, manager and department head at these big companies. There's not a drain I can't clear and there's not a problem that I can't fix. And if I do come across something that's beyond my capabilities? I'm not going to tell you I can fix it. I will get the right person who can.
