The Future Of Building is a Home Builder, General Contracting and Renovation company specializing in Energy Efficient Construction and High Performance Home building. We supply and install Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for use in High Performance Home construction. Building with SIPs in combination with other energy efficient building products helps us build homes that perform better than conventional construction and decrease energy costs by 50% to 80%. Our method of construction does not cost anymore upfront to build and it saves an incredible amount of money from year 1 to 100. Our homes have better indoor air quality thatn conventional structures and allow the end-user to better control their living environment. We are passionate about building in an eco-friendly and dollar-efficient way!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet to discuss the project. If there is a set of architectural plans, we discuss how to build their home the most efficient and budget friendly way possible. If there is no architectural plans, we will discuss next steps to designing their dream home with our design build service.
