Throughout my business career, it never surprises hearing from customers the bad experiences they had with previous Sub.Mainly due because of low pricing. Cheap price cheap quality. I've done this business long enough to know what makes a customer satisfied, and it's not always the lowest bid. It encompasses all. Cleaning and quality and fair pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing myself, I estimate the area where the job needs to be performed and make recommendations if necessary. once that's accomplished I allow to let the customer feel very comfortable with me and ask them to graciously call or email me whether or not they intend to use my service. So therefore I can appropriately schedule then as soon as I'm notified
