With the experience that we have in the business we can handle any type of project a homeowner might want done. We also offer 1 stop shopping to our customers. We have our own master electrician, master plumber and heating and air contractors. no need to find all the people we already have them.
Seeing the finished product and how happy homeowners are when we are finished. We really enjoy knowing that we did a great job for each and every customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would typically meet with the customer and provide an estimate for the work. If the estimate looks good we would collect a deposit and get them on outr schedule and begin work as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have testes through the International Code Counsil (ICC) and passed testing for National Standard Residential General Contractor as well as National Standard Roofing Contractor. I have 35+ years experience in the industry.

Not every job is exactly the same so we like to give an estimate on each job.
How did you get started in this business?
My father owned his own company and I followed in his footsteps. He taught me most of what I know about construction today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We like to work with honest people. Believe it or not there are a lot of homeowners out there who are not good customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Built a custom deck for a couple in Englewood and recessed a hot tub in it. The deck was a 2 level deck and it turned out looking really good.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check licensing and make sure they have a license. Craigslist has created a doorway for people who do not know what they are doing to play contractor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Exactly what they want done.
2. Budget. A lot of homeowners do not know what it costs to get things done.
