This is a very hard question to answer because we are fond of so many different events very difficult to answer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would have to say never judge the book by the cover. Sometimes when it looks like it's a fantastic company it turns out to be a bust, and other times it looks like not so good of a company and you get great service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I definitely would not overthink this. If you are calling a service professional they should know already exactly what needs to be done based on the information given. They also may need to see the product before they even comment on it.
