We get a description of the work that is needed we write an invoice we get a signature then we commence with the work nothing is done without prior authorization.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Here at IPC plumbing & drain cleaning we are licensed and insured And our education is extensive.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We do have a pricing menu that we go by that way all of our clients are treated the same.

How did you get started in this business?

We strategized a game plan on how we can serve our communities. Then we came up with a name and open the doors to IPC plumbing and drain cleaning

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with tons of great people making fantastic memories and looking forward to new memories.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

This is a very hard question to answer because we are fond of so many different events very difficult to answer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would have to say never judge the book by the cover. Sometimes when it looks like it's a fantastic company it turns out to be a bust, and other times it looks like not so good of a company and you get great service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

I definitely would not overthink this. If you are calling a service professional they should know already exactly what needs to be done based on the information given. They also may need to see the product before they even comment on it.
