I've been servicing the metro area for the last 18 years. I've worked for 2 other service companies up until February 2011. I was then partnered with another company up until 2020, when my brother, who at the time was working for one of the larger commercial companies for the past 18 years, and I decided we would like to partner together and be able to give our children an opportunity in the trade, if they desired. His oldest is now a few months from testing out. I've always enjoyed service work, meeting people and fixing their issues as they come up. It is always an adventure. No job is ever the same. We are family owned and locally operated. We stand behind all of our work. If we touch it, we own it. We put the POWER in your project.

I enjoy meeting new people. Over the years I've met alot of awesome clients that I can even call a friend to this day. I've meet a military couple that was married for 65 years, it still one of my favorite stories I've heard to this day. I take pride in being able to fix things that only some skilled tradesman are able to do, including troubleshoots. My absolute favorite job is designing, planning, and completing any lighting job. Hands down my favorite.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer gets in contact with us, they will speak to one of our customer service reps. The customer will need to provide their information such as address, phone number, email address to get their call on our schedule. All our calls are scheduled in a two hour window for Custom convenience. The customer then will receive a confirmation email or text message. When one of our technicians is on their way to the call, the customer will also receive a email or text confirmation stating who is on their way and will be provided a better ETA. Once the technician arrives, they will meet with the customer and discuss the job at hand.
Depending on the size of the job a estimate can be provided within minutes after looking at the job. If this is not possible it is because the job is larger, however, the customer can expect a bid with in 48hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my apprenticeship for a service company in Denver back in 2005-2007. I've been servicing the greater Denver metro area ever since. We are required to stay up to date on our continued education and pdu's if needed. We do stay up on all current NEC codes. We offer a full aprenticeship with schooling for our apprentices as is required by the state of Colorado.

After evaluating a customers job, our technician will explain their findings and offer solutions for the customer to select from each with an all-inclusive price; no guessing just clear, easy to understand pricing. The customer will know precisely what to expect and how much it will cost.
How did you get started in this business?
Electrical work has been in our family since we were kids! My brother has family members that have been in the trade for many years. My journey started when my brother, (my business partner now) was thriving in life and doing an apprenticeship, while I was going to school and working dead end jobs. I was chasing for a future and career where I could provide for myself and my family. I was just a few credits shy from having my associates degree when I decided to make the change. I dropped out of school and began my apprenticeship with a great service company. The rest is history!
Now here we are years down the road! My brother has 20 yrs in the commercial and industrial side of the trade and I have 17 years in the service and residential side of the trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with home owners, landlords, property management, contractors, corporations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In 2022 there have been events that have really drawn me, however, in the last few weeks, the events that I have been the most fond of is watching my Nephew, who is a high school senior, play his last football game, watching my son play his last peewee league game, and attending my daughter's play.
While being a business owner in the service industry does require long days and hours, to have these opportunities to watch our children and families grow is priceless!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always do business with who you are comfortable with but make sure to do your research on them.
A few things I recommend:
Check the reviews! Do they have reviews? Are they good reviews or bad reviews?
Does this company offer a warranty? If so, what type of warranty is it? 30 days, 1 year, 2 year, or 10 year?
Is it a small job that needs to be done now or a large job that needs to be scheduled out a month? Will this company being able to handle this type of job?
Remember, cheap doesn't mean quality but neither does the most expensive.
With all of that in mind, I recommend you choose someone you are able to clearly communicate with, feel comfortable with and shows the passion of providing the service(s) you are needing/wanting.
