What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a free consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
From there, you'll receive a free written guesstimate. Should you choose to move forward, we will ask for a 10% non-refundable retainage that will be applied to the design process and also be deducted from the total job cost. You'll will be presented with a 3-tiered budget, driven by your own personal choices, essentially giving you 3 quotes in one!
