What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to address the client's concerns and needs during a job walk. I submit a proposal to the client for a desired time frame and then go from there. I also do a follow up to make sure nothing was missed and that the job quality was above their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience with numerous certificates. I went to school at the IEC and have a couple degrees from CSU.
