What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call us, together we go over the work that needs to be done, after that is assesed, I will give a rough estimate on the time needed to complete this job or if this job is more involved I will set up a time for the customer to meet with the owner here at On Call Electric at get them an estimate. We always try our best to work around our customers schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim Hodges the owner of On Call Electric has 18 years of experience in the feild.
All of our staff is trained in electricial and the leads carry the proper creditials and knowledge for the jobs they are performing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It depends on the service that is needed, it is too hard to give a flat rate without knowledge of the job first. We make sure our jobs are done in the most cost effictive way, while still maintaining quality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheap does not always mean quality or a job done correctly. Weekly we get calls about repairing work that was poorly installed by someone else. Having a job done right, saves everyone money, time, and stress in the long run.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure the person answeriing your call is professinal. Usaully if this part is missing, its a sign there a more problems.
