We have many different in home pet services like grooming, training, service dog advocacy and support, sitting, taxi, and walking. We run an online store supported by major brands Thunderworks and WestPaw. We are a small local business that truly believe you deserve the best care. We also offer Photography services like events, senior photos, portraits, pet photos, and more. Sarah Sherer has a Bachelor's in Science for Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Secondary Education and Licensure, as well as multiple certifications in Animal care and photography. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what services are needed. Next we book a meet and greet at a public location near the customers home. After we have met, we then go to the customer's house to provide services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sarah has a BS: Biological Sciences with emphasis on secondary education. She also has certificates for animal training, grooming, first aid, and pet sitting. She is also trained in photography with multiple awards. Our other staff members have similar certificates, as well as a degree networking and computer analysis.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been caring for animals for over 8 years, so I decided to start our business with my husband; since we share the passion for our services. Photography has been in our lives for decades.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers including the following: disbaled, veterans, elderly, dogs with agressive behaviors, and many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love when I get to see visual successes. Most recently we were working on a dog with resource aggression. She gave up her toy willingly and sat politely. We've had Animal control drive by and be in shock with two dogs walking in heel for a half mile.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions. Not all trainers train in the scientifically proven methods. For Photography, view their portfolio. If you don't like what you see in their portfolio, don't hire them. Find someone that matches your style.
