What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and introduce, small talk regarding service to be provided and our potential to complete the job.(via phone or email) Schedule time & date convenient for the customer so I can see the work needed to be done. Prompt arrival and on-site estimate and scheduling of services to be provided
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ABC Handyman & Restoration has 3, two-man crews with approx. 20 yrs. experience on each crew in multiple areas of removal, repair, replace, and maintenance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do provide flat rates for certain jobs, however our Standard rate is $75 per hr. for a 2 man crew 1 hr. minimum
How did you get started in this business?
Have been fixing things all my life. Did floors in the military,
and was General Mgr. of Moving and Handyman Co. for 6 years
What types of customers have you worked with?
80% of our revenue is from Facility Maintenance Companies. NMBOC, QSI, Lakeside Affiliate, CWI Maintenance. Those companies service, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ross, Verizon Wireless, Kay Jewelers and First Citizens Bank. We also do work for Colorado Realty & Property Management.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Serviced a TJ Maxx dtwn Denver, a ceiling collapsed from a condo above the store. Toliet backed up & overflowed. Drywall and DEBRIS was dropping from above, everyone was there and Delani says, DIG IN GUYS, IT AIN'T DINNER BUT IT'S WORK
