He brought me some of the worst 2x3 rails available. When everyone else uses 2x4 rails he never set the clamps properly the rails were crooked all the way around because he never used a level. He cut 3 steel post off 1/2 “ above ground level and the middle one was a safety hazard , as it was in the middle of the new gate.

If he asks for half the money down , go find another fence. builder. He’s been n business for 12 years and I still can’t figure out how that is. As f this posting , he still has $2000,00 of my money. He wouldn’t even come out to give me an estimate until I hired him , there was no contract between us and he nor his wife even got a permit to do any work. Which in most municipalities is ILLEGAL! Go find someone who is reputable , interested in your needs and who will have pride in their work... THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

Farmstead was very professional. Caleb is the owner and a very nice gentleman. They replaced my roof and did a excellent job. I would recommend them every time.
