You know how they say "Find something you love to do and you will never work a day in your life"? Well don't get me wrong electrical work is still my job, but I love every minute of it! I have been in the trade for 18 years now and it shows in the craftsmanship of the final product. I aim to be sure that the customer is always satisfied and my extensive knowledge of the trade ensures that there are no unforseen issues because the right questions weren't asked and thar there was no miscommunication during the project. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we try to meet the customer on site and go over the scope of work to be completed. We then answer any and all questions that the customer may have regarding the project. A highly detailed and easy to understand estimate will be created and sent to the customer. We will give the customer ample time to get the opportunity to review the quote. After a couple days we will call and check in with the customer in order to ensure that all of the homeowners expectations will be met, nothing has been lost in translation, and most importantly they will be yet another satisfied customer upon completion of the project. We treat each customer and their home with the utmost respect, and promise that we will not let you down and you will have a great experience while working together.
