What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Really, there are lots of handyman that aren't worth thier salt. Most of em relate well, but when it comes to producing a good or service, they fall flat.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do you just need coaching, or to just have someone handle it?
If it was easy, anyone could do it.
I'm more focused on service than making a buck.
