Absolutely terrible company! They gave me a bid for a project, in which I confirmed the exact details numerous times. They confirmed and agreed to everything and we set an install date. They told me to have my hot tub filled before they came to install, which I did. Upon arriving, they doubled the price of the project, although all the details remained exactly the same. They are now backing out unless I pay double, forcing me to do hours of work draining and winterizing my hot tub in order to prevent damage. Patrick also said that his fixed price bid (said to be all-inclusive) is actually not fixed-price, and they would charge by the hour and material costs, which Patrick says he did not consider when he gave his bid. They are pure con artists. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
