What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer flexible appointment windows that can work with most schedules. We offer FREE in home estimates which means your receive a FAIR, pre-printed and pre-quoted pricing for work we provide. We conduct thorough background checks and drug testing on every employee, and have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the repair or product we install. We will work hard to resolve any issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 35 Years of service/repair experience performing over 1,000,000 repairs and fully liscensed and insured.

We have a $29 service charge to send a technician out to your home which includes a diagnostic to determine the problem.
