Free estimate at project site, provide quote - usually the same day, start permit process if needed.

Engineering degree, 22 years experiance with even more experianced crews!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most items are standard priced, we have a price sheet we use to determine the project pricing - it took months to build and finalize, with each screw and bolt, but it was well worth it to provide quotes immediatly and accuratly to benefit our customers as much as possible!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure any contractor you hire is qualified, licensed, and insured. If they ask you to pull the permit for them, run! Check online reviews, call their references, there are plenty of bad contractors out there who prey on people who don't check them out well enough.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a basic idea of the design you're looking for, we can help do the actual design but it helps to know what you're really looking for - is it to enterain guests, to enjoy time with family outside, do you need shade or full water protection, and finally an estimated budget so we can help you get what you need at a price you can afford. If you don't know, that's no problem, we can help answer those questions with you and offer recommendations and suggestions on what we've seen otheres do and what we think would look and work the best in your situation!
